I have been a loyal customer of this car wash for over two years and have always been satisfied with the service—until now. After my most recent car wash, I immediately noticed that many areas of my vehicle had not been cleaned. I asked an employee to address the missed spots before I left. However, once I got home and saw the car in the sunlight, it became even more apparent that large portions of the interior had not been wiped down at all. I returned the following day to politely explain the situation and show the areas that had been missed. Instead of acknowledging the poor quality of the service or offering to make it right, I was told that I needed to purchase a more expensive package if I wanted those areas cleaned properly. That response was extremely disappointing. I did not expect a full detailing service—I simply expected the basic interior wipe-down that is included with the car wash I paid for. Basic means basic, and unfortunately, even that standard was not met. I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at this car wash. In the past, the service here was excellent; however, over time and with changes in staff, the level of customer service appears to have declined significantly. I arrived at approximately 3:00 PM, and as of 5:33 PM my vehicle had still not been completed. While I understand that detailing services can take time, there was no clear communication regarding the delay. Additionally, the employee at the registration counter Jessica appeared in a poor dressed condition and was frequently rude and, at times, was discourteous in her interactions. At no point was there an acknowledgment or apology for the extended wait time. When I politely inquired about the status of my vehicle, I felt my concern was dismissed rather than addressed. I was simply told that I would need to continue waiting because a vehicle ahead of mine required a more extensive detailing service. I visited Brio Car Wash on January 15, 2026, and unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I clearly explained to the lot attendant exactly what I wanted. I showed him a small amount of leftover packaging material on the floor behind the passenger seat—light paper items such as envelopes and wrapping/shipping paper—and told him it was trash that could be thrown away. There was not much at all, just enough to fit in that small floor area. I physically pointed it out and demonstrated this to him. I also asked if the inside of the fuel door (the small exterior door that opens to the gas area) could be cleaned. He acknowledged both requests and said it was fine. I waited inside for over an hour for my car to be washed. When I left, I did not immediately inspect the vehicle, which I now regret. Upon arriving at my destination, I opened the back passenger door and discovered that all of the paper had been shoved underneath the passenger seat instead of being thrown away. This is my 4th time at this location. Overall every time I come they do a great job. This time I brought my brand new car I’ve had for less than 2 months. They did exceptional, except for the front windshield it still had some stuff on it so I had to stop my autozone and get some glass cleaner and clean it myself. I got the Q Tip service which came out to $41 and some change. Definitely will be back.

Great service! Inside of my car was spotless. Outside looked great. I just got back from a road trip so there was some a tad of bug juice left on the front grill. I paid for the $110 service. They handled my car with car and the people were friendly. Only advice if you arrive 10mins to closing they won’t take you, which is understandable. But all in all I’m happy with the service and will be back!
